What we collect
When you request a quote, send a message, or call or text us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the job address or city and ZIP code, a description of what needs to be removed, and any photos you attach. Our website also records basic technical information that any web server records, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site working and to block spam.
How we use it
- To reply with a price, schedule the job, and do the work.
- To contact you about the job by phone, text, or email.
- To protect our forms from automated abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists unrelated to your request.
Who handles it on our behalf
Form submissions and photos are delivered to us by email through Postmark, a transactional email provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers, recording things like the page viewed, the referring site, the type of device and browser, and how quickly the page loaded. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics may record anonymous usage data such as pages visited and buttons clicked; it does not receive the contents of your quote request. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
Photos you send
Photos you attach to a quote request or text to us are used to price and plan your job. We may keep them with the job record. We will not publish a photo of your property on this website or elsewhere without asking you first.
Text messages
If you text us, or click a "Text Photos" button that opens a message to our number, standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. We reply about your request and do not send promotional texts. Reply STOP at any time to end the conversation.
Cookies and storage
The site works without accounts and does not set cookies of its own. Your browser may store small pieces of information locally so the quote form behaves correctly during your visit. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting your ability to request a quote.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can contact us to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You never have to provide an email address to get a quote; a phone number is enough.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
